How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Proteinhaving Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Proteinhaving Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Proteinhaving Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@proteinhaving.lat and tell us:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write to Us

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
